The Enisca Group are a multi-disciplinary design,

To support our team, our customers, and the frameworks that we undertake, we
are seeking an experience, innovative and focussed Tendering Manager.
The Tendering Manager will play an
integral role, being responsible for the identification and development of tendering
opportunities and delivering a compelling proposal that makes the Enisca Group
stand out from other bids.
Based at our offices in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. The Tendering Manager will develop winning strategies and manage
the preparation and submission of tender submissions that meet client
specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and
tracking of all tender/bid opportunities.
- Manage and develop
business opportunities, across UK.
- Preparation of
prequalification submissions.
- Analysing the
requirements within the Invitation to Tender and designing the optimum solution
that meets client requirements with the least risk.
- Managing and supporting
team resources. Developing the skills, knowledge, and capability of team members
- Producing a competitive
pricing structure that will not only win the bid but maximise profit generation
at the end of the project.
- Minimising risk and
maximizing the impact of the tender.
- Planning and
co-ordinating all activities to meet tender requirements.
- Identifying, sourcing,
and negotiating with appropriate suppliers and subcontractors or other third
parties to support bids.
- Compliance checks to
ensure tender submission meets client’s specification.
- Developing and managing
the supply chain through the cultivation of close working relationships with
suppliers and subcontractors.
- Bid follow up and
tracking after tender submission. Tender Status reporting.
- Skills / Qualifications & Attributes:Third level
qualification in Commercial or Engineering subject or 3-5 years demonstrable
experience
- Experience in a similar
role within the water industry.
- Effective communication
skills including the ability to give presentations, deliver written reports to internal
and external stakeholders.
- Proficient IT Skills,
with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Sound Commercial acumen
- Strong leadership and
influencing skills.
- Ability to undertake
travel as required to fulfil the role.
