Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Enisca Group are a multi-disciplinary Design, Engineering and Construction business operating in the water utility sector.

This is an exciting time to join an established, growing team, which is focused on quality driven progression as well as your professional development.

We are currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient running of our workshop where Motor Control Centres and Control Panels are manufactured in accordance with designs produced by our in-house design team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and delivering production schedules to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with clients' requirements.
  • Supervising production teams and work allocation
  • Co-ordinating tasks to ensure panels are produced in accordance with designs.
  • Undertaking quality control checks to reduce issues identified at testing.
  • Arranging and overseeing factory acceptance tests
  • Managing deliveries and allocation of materials
  • Ensuring apprentices are provided with necessary support and guidance to ensure their development.

Essential Criteria

  • An electrical qualification or previous experience (2-3 years) in a same of similar role
  • Previous experience in supervising production teams
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to undertake occasional travel to client sites.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in manufacture of control panels Knowledge of e-plan
